Warranty & After-Sales Policy

  1. Inspection Period
Upon receiving the goods, the buyer has [7-14] days to inspect the quality and quantity. If there are any discrepancies or defects, please notify us within this period.
  1. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If any products are found to be defective due to manufacturing faults:
We will replace the defective items in the next shipment.
OR we will provide a refund/credit for the defective value.
Note: Photos or videos of the defects are required for our engineering team to analyze.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
Since our products are often customized for B2B orders, we do not accept returns for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind) once production has started or goods have been delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  1. Sample Orders
For sample orders, if you are not satisfied with the quality, the sample cost (excluding shipping) may be refundable or deductible from your official bulk order.
